Jack McBrayer (born
May 27,
1973) is an Emmy nominated
American actor and
comedian. In 2006, he gained national exposure in the film
Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby. He is best known for portraying Kenneth Parcel on the television series
30 Rock.
McBrayer was born in
Macon, Georgia and studied theater at the
University of Evansville.
