Jack McBrayer

Jack McBrayer (born May 27, 1973) is an American actor and comedian. In 2006, he gained national exposure in the film Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby. He is best known for portraying Kenneth Ellen Parcell on the television series 30 Rock for which he received an Emmy nomination in 2009.

Early life

McBrayer was born in Macon, Georgia, grew up in Conyers, Georgia, and studied theater at the University of Evansville.

Career

Improvisation

McBrayer is an experienced improvisational comedian, having performed in Chicago (at I.O. and The Second City's e.t.c. Stage), Los Angeles (iO WEST) and New York City (Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre).iO West - Jack McBrayer He is a member of the New York Baby Wants Candy improv team. He also performs in a two man improv show with Paul Scheer.
