Vicente Escobedo (b. November 6, 1981, Woodland, California) is an American boxer. He represented the United States at the 2004 Summer Olympic Games, winning one bout and losing one bout.

Boxing career

Escobedo started off his career with nine straight wins, followed by a loss to Daniel Jimenez. He fought eleven more fights, winning all of them. Overall, he has compiled a record of 21 wins (13 by knockout), and 1 loss. He lost a fight against Michael Katsidis on 19th September, 2009 for the interim WBO lightweight title.
