Veronica Mars

Veronica Mars is a teenage girl who also happens to be a very successful private eye. After her friend Lilly Kane is murdered Veronica becomes an outcast. When her father, Keith Mars, loses his position as sheriff of Neptune, California he decides to become a private detective. Veronica soon joins the family business. She solves mysteries and rights wrongs at her high school, Neptune High, and must navigate through the world of the rich "09ers" and the not so rich "PCHers." With the help of her friends Wallace Fennel and Mac she was able to solve the mystery of her best friend's murder, the mystery of a cataclysmic bus crash, and go to college. Her love life isn't any less complicated as she's constantly forced to choose between her first love, her best friend's brother Duncan Kane, and her best friend's ex and bad boy Logan Echolls. CSI meets Buffy the Vampire Slayer in this teen drama about a girl who solves crimes and still manages to make curfew.
